Alethahea Lehwanra, Born on a far away island inhabited by Atha'an
Miere, She grew up yearning to be a Windfinder, although at the time
she had no knowledge of the One Power buried within her. She didn't
care what size ship or of her own importance, she just wanted
something useful to devote her life to. At the age of sixteen she was
gazing out across the sea (as she often would do) when she realized
that she could see "patterns" in the air. These patterns were actually
the flows and threads of the OP.
Alethahea has been able to weave the flows ever since.
Her ship was destroyer by a "bubble of evil" whilst trading with the Mayene, she is assumed to be the sole surviver. She has never gone back to her people because the memories are unusually painful. She discovered that the Aes Sedai could weald the OP and decided to "join up". She choose the Gray Ajar to remind her of the day she discovered her talent.
She is short, with very dark skin and light brown eyes, which are almost an orangy-yellow in the sun, so she tends to look down all the time. She is shy and aloof. Very mysterious. Her hair is dark brown, almost black, very shiny and she wears it long. She occasionally dresses in her native garb, with her face jewelery but not without her shirt!
