Not much is known about Ahrendor Kaill. From the day that he showed up at the White Tower to the present, he has refused to shed any light on his past or his reasons for seeking apprenticeship with the Warders. He is quick-witted and good at thinking on his feet, and he made many friends in the first days of his training. However, when a senior Warder questioned him heavily about his past, Kaill dropped the jovial facade and demanded that the man leave him alone. When the Warder took offence, young Kaill (not even twenty years old and a head shorter than the Warder) abruptly challenged him to a duel. They met in the square the next day (with two witnesses each) and Kaill beat the Warder handily with his opponent's choice of weapons-- short swords. No one has pressed Kaill since, though he has said that his parents are dead and that he has a brother who lives still -- but if Ahrendor sees him he will kill him. Ahrendor is 5'11 (shorter than almost all the Warders and many Aes Sedai), 180 lbs, and has blonde hair and hazel eyes which betray no emotion whatsoever. He has almost completed is training and is adept with all weapons, though his favorites are double bladed knives called quetas for close combat and a short sword for official duties.
