Robert Jordan will be submitting The Path of Daggers to Tor Books around Autumn of 1997, and it will probably be published in the spring of 1998. In the meanwhile, the Illustrated Guide to the World of Robert Jordan will be coming out. This book, with lots of color illustrations, tells of during events during the Breaking, details Artur Hawkwing's reign, has maps of all of Randland (or the Creator's Palm or Aran'rhiod), including Shara and Seanchan. It sells for $39.95. ACos will be coming out in paperback in early October 1997 and will cost $7.99.

Then you get to hear Robert Jordan himself making sales pitches for these books, which is really amusing, because it sounds like he's reading from a script (no offense, anyone, just telling it like it is). I think it's worth the 3 minute long distance phone charges, if only for the laughs.
